    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. シリンダー内のピストンを第１の方向およびこの第１の
    方向とは逆方向である第２の方向に移動させる第１のエ
    アー供給制御手段と、この第１のエアー供給制御手段と
    並列に設けられ前記シリンダーのピストンの両側に互い
    に等しいエアー圧を同時に加ンる第２のエアー供給制御
    手段と、この第２のエアー供給制御手段の動作時に第１
    のエアー供給側御手段の動作を全く停止するよ・）に制
    御する手段を備えるエアシリンダー駆動装置。
