本発明は溝付化粧板の製造における溝内面の被覆方法に
関する。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for coating inner surfaces of grooves in the production of grooved decorative laminates.

Conventional cosmetic methods include painting and finishing the inner surface of the groove. However, in the conventional cosmetic method of applying paint to the groove surface to decorate the inner surface of the groove, the paint is hardly impregnated into the base material, which increases the strength of the groove part of the grooved decorative board. We cannot expect anything at all. The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, and its purpose is to provide a method for manufacturing a decorative grooved laminate that can decorate the inner surface of the grooves of the decorative laminate and increase the strength of the grooved portion. It is about providing. A detailed description will be given below based on drawings shown as examples. First, to briefly explain the manufacturing method of the grooved decorative board N before applying decoration to the inner surface of the grooves 3 by a conventional method, the grooves 3 are formed on the base material 1 using a router or the like.
The root 2 is bonded to the surface of the lathe with an adhesive to obtain the grooved lathe A before decoration.

ある。Next, to explain in detail the method for decorating the grooves 3, which is a feature of the present invention, an initial condensation product 4 of a thermosetting resin is injected into the grooves 3 of the grooved decorative board X obtained as described above. After impregnating a part of the initial condensate 4 of the thermosetting resin into the base material 1, the grooved decorative board N is hot-pressed at a temperature of 120°C and a pressure of kg/Cd for 3 minutes to form the root 2 into the base material. The grooves 3 are fixed to the material 1 and the initial condensate 4 of the thermosetting resin is hardened.
A grooved decorative board A whose inner surface is decorated is obtained. Note that the means for curing the initial condensation product 4 of the thermosetting resin is not limited to the method described above, but, for example, the vicinity of the groove 3 is simply heated to an extent that the initial condensation product 4 of the thermosetting resin is cured. You can do it like this. 4a is a decorative layer of thermosetting resin formed in the groove 3 after curing of the initial condensate 4 of thermosetting resin, and 4b is a layer of thermosetting resin impregnated into base material 1.

It is a mixture of fillers and the like, and has a viscosity of, for example, 1 to 20 poise at 20°C. Preferably, the initial condensate 4 of the thermosetting resin has a viscosity of 5 to 10 at 20°C.
Use Poise's. If the viscosity is too low, the base material 1 will be impregnated too quickly. If the viscosity is too high, impregnation into the base material 1 will be insufficient and a sufficient impregnated layer 4b will not be formed. As mentioned above, the grooved decorative board is characterized by injecting an initial condensate of thermosetting resin into the inner surface of the groove and heating it. A grooved decorative board with reinforced groove portions can be obtained.
