ヒユーズとの直列回路および該直列回路に並列接続され
た第3スイツチより成り前記電流通路間に直列接続され
た突入電流軽減回路と、前記トランスの中点と前記コン
デンサの結合点との間に接続された第4ス、イツチとよ
