Claims (1)
抗と、この抵抗に並列接続されたスイッチ手段と、前記
交流電源の出力電流を整流する整流回路と、この整流回
路の出力端に設けられた第１のコンデンサと、このコン
デンサの充電電圧に応じて前記スイッチ手段を導通させ
る手段と、前記整流回路に交流を導く第２のコンデンサ
