    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 絶縁物体内にその主唱近傍までコイルを埋め込み、同コ
    イルと被測定物との間に発生する渦電流によってコイル
    先端面と上記被測定物との間の微小隙間を計測する非接
    触型電気式微小隙間測定器において、上記絶縁物体内に
    、コイルと並列に導線を配置してその先端を上記絶縁物
    体の先端面に露出したことを特徴とする非接触型電気式
    微小隙間測定器。
