、シリンダbの中間部の外周側に一端を固定せるヨーク
eの他端に平板状の可動鉄片fの基端を枢支し、可動鉄
片fの自由端側面を前記蓋体aの外面に対向し、可動鉄
片fの自由端側面を蓋体aの外面より引離す方向に作用
する復帰バネgを弾装し、かつシリンダbの上端部外周
胴にコイルhを巻装してなり、コイルeに一定以上の過
電流が流れると、該過電流の作る磁束によりプランジャ
ーCは蓋体C側に頗るゆっくりと移動し、そして、つい
でプランジャーCが蓋体aに当接してコイルhに流れる
過電流の作る磁束に対する磁気抵抗が減少し、上記磁束
が増加して可動鉄片fの自由端は蓋体aの外面に吸着移
