の外周面に取付けた輪状止体によって移動しないように
連結して定着されていて、また、前記大径外輪部の外周
面が、前記筒状握持体の内周面に捲纒して嵌合定着され
ていることを特徴とし、その実施態様として、前記筒状
握持体3の適宜複数個が、前記ハンドル2に装着されて
いるものである。
