PURPOSE:To obtain a stable mat, by clamping a rubber substrate having legs on its undersurface and resin fitting sections with through-holes on its surface between molds that have recesses having arbitrary configurations opposite to said fitting sections and said through-holes, and injecting a melted synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION:The substrate 1 of a rubber material has the legs 2 on its undersurface and the fitting sections 3 for turf or the like on its surface, the fitting section 3 is provided with an arbitrary number of the through-holes 5, and the sides of the substrate 1 have joining sections 4a, 4b. The mold that will be fitted with the surface section of the substrate 1 is provided with neidle-leave like recesses 7 opposite to the fitting section 3 and the mold that will be fitted with the back of the substrate 1 is provided with the recesses 9 for the legs at positions opposite to the through-holes 5. ット地が波打ち又は縮みが生じ見映えが悪くなるばかり
でなくつまづいて転倒したりする危険があった。またジ
ヨイントにより連結するマットにおいては広範囲に施敷
するため夏には直射日光を受ける部分と日陰の部分とで
は伸縮の差が著しくなり波打ち現象が大きくジヨイント
部に割目を設けたりして工夫をしてもこの伸縮は側底吸
収しえずジヨイント部が外れたり広範囲の波打ちのため
施設上の歩行を困雉にしていた。
