けられた軸受11 aに、一端部を回転自在に軸支され
た軸杆11,同軸杆11の他端部に一端部を固設された
支持杆10 aの他端部に取付けられ、該軸杆11に常
に時計方向廻りへの付勢力を与える重錘10、上記軸杆
11の中間部に固設され、台車1の台粋の側壁に回転自
在に軸支され、反時計方向廻りの付勢力をもつ重錘13
を有し、底面部に斜面部をもつストツパ12、同ストツ
パ12と係合し、軸杆11に対する重錘10による付勢
力を規制する係止部材11b、上記軸杆11の重錘10
の支持杆10a取付側の反対側端部に一端部を固着され
、他端部にローラ9をもつレバー8、同レバー8のロー
ラ9を案内し、上記重錘10による軸杆11の時計方向
廻りへの付勢力に打勝って該軸杆11を反時計方向廻り
に回転させ、汚泥沈澱槽の内側壁の適所に固設された案
内板17、上記ストツパ12の傾料面に係合し、同スト
ツパ12を重錘13に抗して時計方向へ回転させ、係止

槽の内側壁の適所に固設された案内ピン18、台車1の
