熱変形を示す説明図である。第６図乃至第８図は本考案
をコンクリート製ベッドに適用した例を示すもので、第
６図は縦断面図、第７図は第６図のＣ−Ｄ断面図、第８

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 工作機械のベッド等の内部に流体の回路を設け、熱交換
    器等によって一定の温度に調整された流体を前記流体の
    回路内を循環させ、ベッド等の温度変化を整定させてベ
    ッド等の変形による加工精度の影響を無視し得るように
    したことを特徴とする工作機械のベッド等の温度管理装
    置。
