Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. オイルパン内のエンジンオイルを吸引して一巡せしめた
    後再びオイルパン内に戻すオイル循環路を有し、該オイ
    ル循環路中に設けたヒータ、クーラ等の熱交換器により
    循環するエンジンオイルの温度を所定の値に調整するよ
    う構成されたエンジンオイル温調装置において、前記オ
    イル循環路の途中適宜位置に熱膨張吸収用シリンダを接
    続すると共に、前記エンジンオイルの温度を検出する温
    度センサと、該温度センサの検出したエンジンオイルの
    温度からエンジンオイルの熱膨張量を求め、該熱膨張量
    に相当する分だけ前記熱膨張吸収用シリンダのピストン
    を進退せしめてオイルパン内のオイル液面を一定不変に
    制御する温度−ストローク変換器とを備えたことを特徴
    とするエンジンオイル温調装置。
