MOSトランジスターを使用しかつお互いのゲート−ド
レイン間をダイオードで接続し、ゲートを直接CMO5
ICでドライブしたDC−DCコンバータを用いてこの
電圧を充電抵抗を介して同軸ケーブルもしくはコンデン
サーに充電するようにし、水銀リレーの断続により負荷
へパルスを発生させるときに、水銀リレーが導通してい
る期間の前厄でDC’−DCコンバータを停止させてパ
ルスを発生させ、かつパルス振巾表示をDC−DCコン
バータの高圧出力を分圧してA、−Dコンバータでディ
ジタルに変換し液晶でもって表示しかつ、A−Dコンバ
ータの駆動電源をDC−DCコンバータの発振を利用し
て倍圧整流回路を構成し1つの電源で駆動させたことを
