ータは他励式コンバータであり、該他励式コンバータを
励振させる励振パルス発生回路を有し、上記リレー駆動
回路で上記水銀リレーをオン動作−させている間、上記
励振パルスの上記他励式コンバータへの印加を停止させ
るようにしたことを特徴とする擬似ノイズパルス発生装
