Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 内部室を有する本体の内部に前記内部室を２つに区画す
    るようにセンターダイアフラムを配設しこのセンターダ
    イアフラムを挾んで対向するように一対の絶縁支持部材
    を配置し、これら絶縁支持部材に前記センターダイアフ
    ラムの変位量を検知するための検知手段を設け、前記本
    体の側部に、それぞれ受圧素子を設けると共に、これら
    受圧素子の内側を前記センターダイアフラムにより区画
    された前記内部室とそれぞれ連通せしめ、前記受圧素子
    により閉塞された空間に封入流体を充填してなる差圧伝
    送器において、前記センターダイアフラムを、その周縁
    部で前記絶縁支持部材に挾み込んだ状態でこれらセンタ
    ーダイアフラムと絶縁、　支持部材とを互いに接合して
    なることを特徴とする差圧伝送器。
