Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）２枚のバリアダイアフラムに各測定圧力を与え、
    ボディ本体内における内封液の移動を封入回路を仕切っ
    て設けた半導体センサにより電気的な出力として取り出
    すようにした差圧または圧力変換器において、前記各バ
    リアダイアフラムの裏側室からセンサ室に至る通路中に
    衝撃吸収部材を配置したことを特徴とする差圧または圧
    力変換器。
  2. （２）衝撃吸収部材が多孔質材料であることを特徴とす
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の差圧または圧力
    変換器。
  3. （３）　　衝撃吸収部材が焼結金属であることを特徴と
    する実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項記載の差圧または圧
    力変換器。
