    第１オーデイオ信号を増巾する第１アンプと、該第１ア
    ンプへの該第１オーデイオ信号のレベルを調整する第２
    レベル調整回路と、記録媒体に収録された第２オーデイ
    オ信号番再生する再生ヘッドと、該第２オーデイオ信号
    を増巾する第２アンプと、該第２アンプへの該第２オー
    デイオ信号のレベルを調整する第２レベル調整回、　　
    　　路と、前記第１、第２アンプ出力を合成して合成オ
    ーディオ信号を出力する出力部と、該合成オーディオ信
    号のレベルを検出し、前記第１、第２レベル調整回路に
    検出信号を付与するレベル検出回路とを備えてなる音声
    信号混合装置。 ２　前記第１及び第２レベル調整回路は前記第１オーデ
    イオ信号の出力信号レベルが前記第２オーデイオ信号の
    出力信号レベルに比べて大きくなるように構成されてい
