性図を示す。 図中、１は周波数調整ねじ、２は誘電体共振器、３は同
軸プローブ、４は金属ケース、５は支持台、６はマイク
ロストリップライン、７は誘電体基板を表わす。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 金属枠内に複数の同一形状の誘電体共振器をもうけ該誘
    電体共振器相互間に結合をもたせて構成したマイクロ波
    フィルタにおいて、上記複数の誘電体共振器のうち少な
    くとも１以上の誘電体共振器の取付は高さを、他の誘電
    体共振器の取付は高さと異ならしめて金属枠内に取付け
    たことを特徴とするマイクロ′波フィルタ。
