Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 共振周波数調整用の可動素子を備えた複数個の空胴共振
    器を有する多空胴クライストロンに於いて、前記空胴共
    振器の前記可動素子を備えた側面のみを平板状の誘電体
    により、７真空封止を行い他の側面は空胴共振器を構成
    する金属壁により真空封止をされ、前記可動素子は真空
    外に置かれたことを特徴とする多空胴クライストロン。
