    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. エンジンの排気通路に設けられ排気ガス中の微粒子を捕
    集するフィルタ一部材と、上記排気通路のフィルタ一部
    材上流側に設けられ該フィルタ一部材の目詰まりを解消
    するバーナー装置と、上記フィルタ一部材とバーナー装
    置との間に配設された多孔性のバッフルプレート・と、
    上記フィルタ一部材とバッフルプレートとの間に配設さ
    れ上記微粒子が付着するベース部材を有し該ベース部材
    に付着する微粒子の量を検出して上記フィルタ一部材の
    目詰まりを検出する目詰まりセンサとを備えたことを特
    徴とするディーゼルエンジンの排気浄化装置。
