対のソレノイドと、前記変位信号に基づき振動体が被振
動体に接近するときは前記1対のソレノイドを互いに異
極に振動体が被振動体から離隔するときは前記1対のソ
レノイドを共に同極に励磁し振動体からの振動の伝達力
を相殺する吸引力または反発力をソレノイド間に生じさ
せる電流信号を出力する制御回路とを備えたことを特徴
とする振動体の支持装置。
