中１は絶縁板、２は導電箔による配線、３は基板端、４
はコネクタ、５は絶縁板の表面に付けられた導電箔、６
は絶縁板の裏面に付けられた導電箔、７は表面および裏
面間の導電箔を導通させるためのスルーホール穴である
。なお図中、同一あるいは相当部分には同一符号を付し
