  1. 住宅１の外壁２に取付けられる枠体５と、該枠体５に装
    着された透明板６と、該透明板６の背部において枠体５
    に取付けられた蓄熱板９と、透明板６と蓄熱板９の間に
    形成された通気路８と、蓄熱板９の下方において通気路
    ８を背部に開放する開口１１と、蓄熱板９の上方におい
    て通気路８を背部に開放する開口１２と、開口１１．１
    ２の各々に設けられたダンパー１１’、１２’　とから
    なる住宅の集蓄熱ユニット。
