In recent years, non-woven fabrics have become popular for their texture, light weight, and ease of cutting, and for use in applications such as covers, bags, posters, calendars, etc. Processing has become more common. For this purpose, first of all, in order to achieve the smoothness of the surface required for printability and to reduce fuzz, we use thin fibers of 2 deniers or less and apply an acrylic emulsion with a solid content of 20 to 40 denier to reduce the fuzz. % is generally used, but if the emulsion type binder is applied in an amount of 25% or more, the binder sufficiently fixes the intertwined points of the fibers, making it possible to prevent the occurrence of fuzz on the surface. However, on the other hand, the penetration resistance of the sewing machine needle increases, and the penetration resistance of the punch increases when drilling holes, which significantly impairs work efficiency. In addition, when the amount of emulsion type binder is less than 25% J, workability is significantly improved, contrary to the above phenomenon, but a lot of fuzz is generated on the surface, resulting in a decrease in the strength of the nonwoven fabric itself and uneven printing. There are disadvantages such as the occurrence of

The present invention aims to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks, and uses a binder consisting of an acrylic hydrosol alone or an acrylic hydrosol mixed with an emulsion of a vinyl polymer on a semi-synthetic or synthetic fiber of 2 deniers or less or a mixed fiber web of these. This application maintains the necessary strength, reduces fuzz, and improves processability.

That is, compared to emulsion type binders, 3
The object of the present invention is achieved by attaching 10 to 25% (solid content adhesion amount) of a hydrosol type binder having a surface area of ~4 times as much to the fibers. If the adhesion amount of the binder is less than 10%, the strength of the nonwoven fabric will be extremely reduced, and if it exceeds 25%, the processability will be impaired, so it is usually preferably in the range of 10 to 25%.

A nonwoven fabric with good printing properties can also be obtained by using a binder prepared by adding and mixing 01 to 95% vinyl polymer emulsion to an acrylic hydrosol. Furthermore, the printing nonwoven fabric of the present invention can be subjected to pressure treatment using a heating roll as necessary.
It is possible to obtain a nonwoven fabric for printing with improved layer surface condition and good smoothness. The present invention will be explained below based on examples.

Binder Solid ratio acrylic acid hydrosol 100 Water solid content concentration 15% Subsequently, the binder is cured by heating at a temperature of 130°C to 150°C, and the hydrosol binder allows the fibers constituting the fibrous web to intersect and come into contact with each other. A nonwoven fabric for printing was obtained in which the surface of the fibers extending from the points and intersections in the length direction of the fibers was partially adhesively coated to prevent the occurrence of surface fuzz.

As shown in the table above, the nonwoven fabric according to the present invention exhibits sufficient strength, has good workability, and uses a hydrosol type binder that has a much larger surface area than emulsion type binders, so it requires less bonding than conventional ones. The same adhesive area and adhesive strength can be obtained with the adhesive, there is almost no surface fuzzing, and the transfer of printing ink is good, and it is lightweight and does not cause fraying of threads. You can get something that is beautiful and durable.
