    憶したメモリと、 Ｂ　このメモリの読出出力をアナログ信号に変換するＤ
    −Ａ変換器と、 Ｃ，Ｄ−Ａ変換器の出力を電流源の基準電圧を基準とす
    る電圧信号に変換する電圧変換器と、Ｄ　この電圧変換
    器の変換出力と上記Ｄ−Ａ変換器の出力の何れか一方を
    選択するモード切換ス、イツチと、 Ｅ　このモード切換スイッチと連動して動作するディマ
    ルチプレクサと、 Ｆ　二のディマルチプレクサの切換により上記Ｄ−Ａ変
    換器の出力と上記電圧変換器の出力をサンプルホールド
    する複数のサンプルホールド回路と、 Ｇ　この複数のサンプルホールド回路の一部の出力側に
    接続され電流源の基準電圧を基準とした電流に変換する
    電圧−電流変換器と、 から成る電圧電流発生装置。
