Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 各チャンネルごとに設けられ信号電流を電圧に変換する
    ための複数個のコンデンサと、このコンデンサの電圧を
    択一的に選択することができるサンプリングスイッチと
    、このサンプリングスイッチを介して導入した前記コン
    デンサの電圧を増幅する増幅器と、を備えた多点電流計
    測装置のキャリブレーションを行なう回路において、キ
    ャリブレーション電源とキャリブレーションスイッチと
    を具備し、このキャリブレーションスイッチを介してキ
    ャリブレーション電源を前記増幅器の入力段へ接続する
    ようにし、 このキャリブレーション電圧を前記キャリブレーション
    スイッチと各サンプリングスイッチとを介して前記各コ
    ンデンサヘチャージすることによりキャリブレーション
    を行なうようにした多点電流計測装置の検査回路。
