Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve work efficiency and reduce working area, by mounting a truck having a clutch on a rail equipped with a drive device, and providing a lift table at right angles to the rail at both ends of the rail. CONSTITUTION:In checking and servicing of a vehicle, the vehicle to be checked and serviced is self-propelledly mounted on a lift table 3 in a lower position arranged on the side of a rail 1, and then the lift table 3 is lifted to the height of the rail 1. Then, the vehicle is self-propelledly advanced to a position above the rail 1, and is stopped at the position. A cushion 6 of a truck 4 is applied to a body of the vehicle at four positions, and then the lift table 3 is lowered to mount the vehicle on the rail 1. Under such condition, a clutch lever 9 is operated by a worker to engage a saw-tooth surface at a lower portion of a clutch 7 with a drive chain through an eccentric cam 10. With this operation, the vehicle is moved by rotation of the chain 2, and is fed to a certain working place.

Therefore, in order to quickly process this inspection and maintenance, it is necessary to have a large number of lifts that can inspect and maintain a large number of vehicles at the same time, a place to move the vehicles to be placed on and off the lifts, and a place where various types of work can be done at the same time. The conditions were extremely poor, both in terms of the work environment and work efficiency, including the number of skilled workers required to carry out the work.

Inspection and maintenance requires quick work, which not only requires a large work area and skilled workers who can quickly handle the work, but also requires several people to raise and lower each vehicle. The work environment is poor and efficiency is low due to multiple workers working at the same time.

Therefore, for vehicle maintenance, especially regular inspections required by law, which have many inspection items, we adopt an assembly line method for maintenance work, and by dividing and simplifying the work, it is necessary to speed up the work and require a large number of skilled workers. As a result of repeated testing and research with the aim of creating a mobile maintenance workbench that allows maintenance work to be carried out reliably without any hassle,
By performing maintenance inspection while moving the vehicle to be serviced on the erected rails, it is possible to separate and simplify the maintenance and inspection work.
When moving on the rail, we use a dolly mounted on the rail that can be arbitrarily engaged and released by a clutch attached to the drive device attached to the rail, and when getting on and off the bogie, it is possible to move up and down freely on both ends of the installed rail. We have completed a mobile vehicle maintenance platform that improves work efficiency and saves space in the workshop by installing a lifting platform perpendicular to the rail direction.

Perform inspection and maintenance work (disassembly, repair). Then, the operator repeats the same operation of the tara no chi lever, stops at a place where there is no workbench, and works on the bottom of the car body. Operate the latch lever in the same way, move and stop at the work platform (15), perform the third inspection and maintenance work (assembly, maintenance), and then operate the thalasso lever in the same way to move to the work platform (16). It moves to a certain position and stops to perform the fourth inspection and maintenance work (inspection). In this way, the vehicle body is stopped at an arbitrary position by operating the trolley (4), and inspection and maintenance work is performed according to each procedure. After the predetermined work has been completed, the vehicle is moved to the elevator platform (3) at the left end, and the elevator platform (3) is raised (3-1).
When part (3-2) matches the height of the rail, a part of the body is separated from the trolley (4) by the front and rear wheels of the vehicle, and is moved onto the lifting platform (3-1) using the rear self-blade. 3) is lowered and moved from this mobile vehicle maintenance workbench.
