When the two are combined, there is often a step formed between the top surface of the frame and the top surface of the panel main body because the thickness of the frame body is generally thinner than the thickness of the panel main body. . However, depending on the application, the difference in level may be considered undesirable, and therefore a panel in which the upper surfaces of the two panels are the same surface may be required. However, this panel had to be manufactured using complex and highly advanced techniques in order to obtain sufficient strength, resulting in a problem that it was inevitably expensive and lacked marketability. Therefore, the present invention has been developed to solve the above-mentioned problems. The present invention provides a simple manufacturing method that allows the upper surface of the frame body and the upper surface of the panel main body to be on the same plane, and also provides a beautiful finish at the boundary between them. This is what we are trying to provide.

In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 indicates a panel, and as shown in the figure, there is a panel main body 2 formed of a hard material, and the panel main body 2.
A frame body 3 disposed on the outer peripheral side of the frame body 3 and made of a hard material.
It consists of. Next, in FIG. 2 showing the boundary between the panel main body 2 and the frame body 3 in detail, 4 is a groove provided around the outer peripheral surface of the panel main body 2, and 5 is a groove provided around the inner peripheral surface of the frame body 3. 6 is a tongue piece formed integrally with the frame 3, and has a length sufficient to allow its upper surface 6a to contact the lower surface 2b of the panel main body 2. It is provided all around the perimeter. Reference numeral 7 is a resin material, which is used to fix the panel main body 2 and the frame body 3.

First, a table 8 large enough to place the entire frame 3 is prepared. It is preferable that the upper surface Ba is flat. Next, the mold material 9 is placed on the stand 8. (It may be fixed in advance.) This mold material 9 is made of a material (silicone rubber or other rubber-based material) that can be easily separated from the resin material, and the upper surface 10 has a wood grain pattern. A prototype is formed. The wood grain pattern pattern is formed by solidifying the liquid material on the flat upper surface of an arbitrary piece of wood, for example, when forming the mold material 9 by solidifying the liquid material. Next, for the time being 10 in the mold material 9
The panel main body 2 and the frame body 3 are placed on top of the panel body 2 and the frame body 3. In this mounting state, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the panel main body 2 is located at a predetermined position within the internal space 11 of the frame 3, and the periphery of the upper surface 2a and the upper surface 3a, respectively. Place the mold material so that its inner peripheral edge is in contact with the surface 10 of the mold material. Next, injection holes 12 are formed on the lower surface 3b of the frame 3 at appropriate locations (for example, around 4 locations around the periphery), and injection holes are formed between the inner peripheral surface of the frame 3 and the outer peripheral surface of the panel main body 2. A resin material is poured into the space 13 at the boundary and is hardened. After the shape material 9 is separated by this, the panel main body 2 and the frame body 3 are in the same position as the respective upper surfaces 2a, 3a and the upper surface 7a of the resin material 7 as shown in FIG. {::;Ichishima;:
1,' has a beautiful wood grain pattern.

Furthermore, if the resin material is colored in the color of lumber in advance, the texture of the wood will appear clearly. As described above, in this invention, the frame body 3 is arranged around the panel main body 2, and the resin material is poured into the space 13 formed at the boundary between the two and hardened. By maintaining the upper surface 2a and the upper surface 3a of the frame in a flat state and allowing the resin material to flow into the space 13, the upper surfaces 2a,
3a can be joined in a flat state, and as a result, a panel having a flat upper surface 1a over the entire surface can be easily provided.

Moreover, when injecting the resin material, in the space 13 at the boundary between the frame body 3 and the panel main body 2, a shape material 9 having a wood grain pattern on its surface is inserted between the respective upper surfaces 2a and 3a. Since the resin material is allowed to flow in and harden in the peeled state, not only does the top surface 2a of the panel main body and the top surface 3a of the frame body become a continuous flat surface after the mold material 9 is removed, but there is also a gap between the two. A wood grain pattern is formed on the upper surface 7a of the resin material 7, which makes it look as if the two are joined by wood, which has the effect of making it possible to easily manufacture an excellent and beautiful product.

Furthermore, when injecting the resin material, it can also be injected into the grooves 4 provided on the outer peripheral surface of the panel main body 2 and the grooves 5 provided on the inner peripheral surface of the frame body 3. Misalignment in the vertical direction between the panels can be easily prevented, and the presence of the tongue pieces 6 projecting inward from the inner peripheral edge of the frame body provides a robust panel with great strength. effective.
