本考案は表皮材一体発泡体の発泡成形型に関
し、更に詳細に説明すると、下型と上型とを備
え、該下型に表皮材を配設し、該表皮材の内側に
発泡合成樹脂の原液を注入して発泡体を前記表皮
材と一体に発泡成形する表皮材一体発泡体の発泡

下型12に配設する。この際、表皮材6の縫製部
分7やその他形状出ししたい部分を下型12の凸
部14や成形面に沿つて配設する。そして発泡合
成樹脂の原液を表皮材6の内側である下型12に
注入し、上型13を型合わせして発泡キユアさ
せ、表皮材6と一体の発泡体8を発泡成形する事
により凸部14により形状出しされた表皮材一体

るものであつた。

り凹状に設けられた収納部に収納されるようにな
されている事を特徴とする。

皮材一体発泡体の発泡成形型を得る事が出来る。
