As for the integration method, a bag-shaped skin material formed in advance into the shape of the product by sewing or high-frequency welding is set on the mold surface of the lower mold that constitutes the product surface side of the foam mold, and then the lower mold is The upper mold is engaged with the opening of the mold, and while the periphery of the skin material is pinched between the two molds, urethane foam is injected into the internal cavity and foamed to form a foam pad with a curved surface that matches the shape of the mold. and the skin material on its surface can be integrally molded.

First, when the skin material is set along the mold surface of the lower mold, it is easy to slip and is difficult to position. Also, as mentioned above, if only the peripheral edge of the skin material is pinched, the direction of the foaming pressure will be affected. There was a risk that the skin material would shift within the mold due to uneven distribution, which could easily cause molding defects.

As a measure to prevent this slippage, double-sided adhesive tape is usually pasted on the mold surface of the lower mold at appropriate intervals, and each part of the skin material is pressed against this to temporarily secure it to the mold surface. However, since the mold surface of this adhesive tape itself is smooth, it easily migrates to the skin material and peels off from the mold surface, and since the production of urethane foam involves the generation of water, the mold surface gets wet. It became easy to connect and could not be used repeatedly.

The next drawback is that although the approximate dimensions of the seat are fixed for each car model, if there is a partial change in the shape, a new lower mold for the mold surface must be made to match the change. .

For example, a seat cushion consists of a seat part and side support parts formed one step higher on both sides of the seat cushion. If you want to change the size, you will have to make a new lower mold even if there is some dimensional deformation.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above object, this invention includes a lower mold formed in a mold surface shape corresponding to the surface shape of the sheet, and an upper mold that engages with an opening on the upper surface of the lower mold. A skin material is set in advance on the mold surface of the lower mold, and a foamable resin is injected into the back surface of the mold, and the foamable resin is foamed inside a cavity formed on the back surface of the skin material. This is a foam molding mold for a sheet integrally molded with a skin material, in which a foam pad is integrally molded on the back surface of a skin material formed in a planar shape, and the lower mold has rubber on the mold surface of an aluminum main body. It is partially or completely lined.

[Function] According to the above configuration, the rubber lining the mold surface of the main body has a frictional force and does not easily cause relative slippage between it and the skin material. Furthermore, since the rubber itself constitutes the mold surface, it is possible to easily accommodate slight changes in shape by changing the shape of the rubber.

The lower mold 1 includes a lower mold main body 5 made of aluminum, which is formed into a shape that corresponds approximately to the outer shape of the sheet, and has a flange portion 5a formed on the periphery, and a plurality of recesses carved in the mold surface of the main body 5. It consists of a groove 6 and a rubber sheet 7 that is fitted and fixed in each groove 6.

The skin material 8 set on the lower mold 1 is made by laminating slab urethane on the back of artificial or natural leather, and is sewn together at several points to form the outer shape of the sheet cushion to be obtained. It is formed into a bag shape that fits.

In particular, as a splicing part, a decorative bead 8a is integrated along the front-rear direction in a part corresponding to the top of the side support, and this part usually has a protruding shape with respect to the mold surface. Conventionally, this is a part that is difficult to position, and can easily become meandering depending on the conditions during molding.

However, in this embodiment, as shown in a partially enlarged view, a rubber sheet 7 is disposed at a portion that contacts the bead 8a, and this rubber sheet 7 has a curved shape for fitting the bead 8a. A groove 7a having a shape is formed, and by elastically fitting the bead 8a into the groove 7a when setting the skin material 8, the bead 8a is positioned and fixed in the longitudinal direction.

Therefore, a part of the skin material 8 set on the lower mold 1 is set in contact with the surface of the rubber sheet 7, and its peripheral edge is placed between the flange portion 5a of the lower mold 1 and the peripheral edge of the upper mold 2. It is clamped and fixed. Also, bead edge 8a
The fitting state of the part to the groove 7a can be confirmed even by blind work, and the positioning and fixing work can be completed in this state.

In this case, the contact surface of the skin material 8 with the rubber sheet 7 has a large frictional resistance, and when the skin material 8 is set along the shape of the one end mold surface, displacement does not easily occur.

In other words, by adhering the double-sided adhesive tape to the rubber sheet surface, the double-sided adhesive tape is fixed with a stronger adhesive force than the mold surface of the main body 5, so even if the product is removed from the mold after molding. The double-sided adhesive tape does not adhere to the skin material 8 side, but remains on the rubber sheet 7 side, and can be used repeatedly for fixing the skin material 8 when setting it up next time.

When the foamed urethane stock solution is injected through the resin injection head 3 after the setting is completed, gelation begins in the space on the back of the skin material 8, foams, and even cures, as shown in Figure 2.
A foamed pad layer 9 that conforms to the shape of the mold is integrally formed on the back surface of the mold.

In addition, in the above embodiment, only a part of the mold surface of the main body 5 was lined with a rubber sheet.
Of course, this idea allows the entire surface to be lined, and in this case, the outer shape of the sheet can be freely obtained depending on the molded shape of the rubber sheet, and each time the shape is changed, the rubber sheet can be adjusted to match the shape. All you have to do is newly line the mold surface of the main body.

[Advantages of the Invention] As explained in detail above with reference to the examples, in the foam molding die for the integrally molded sheet according to this invention, the rubber lining the mold surface of the main body has frictional force, which makes it difficult for relative slippage to occur between the mold surface and the skin material, and therefore there is no molding defect due to the displacement of the skin material, improving product yield. In addition, since the rubber itself constitutes the mold surface, it is easy to change the shape of the rubber to accommodate minor changes, making it suitable for small-lot production of a wide variety of products.
