するが、本発明では第3図に示すような両側がシーート
した導体と、一本の棒状の抵抗体を印刷により形成し、
抵抗体焼成後にダイシングソーで、位置をコントロール
しながら抵抗体と導体を切断する。このとき、ヘッドの
強度を保つためにダイシングソーのブ1/−ドがセラミ
ック外板まで達しないように切断の深さを注意する必要
