転にはパルス発信用磁石２を設け、別に該パルス発信用
磁石２に対応するリードスイッチ４と、電磁石の作動に
より、前記回転板或いはひじ金１ａ等、その作動を阻止
することによりガス供給作動を停止できる部材に係合す
る電磁石軸６と、ガス流量に比例して前記リードスイッ
チ４より発生するパル曵数を、予め設定した値と比較し
て異常パルス数時に前記電磁石を作動するマイクロコン
ピュータ２７とを設けたことを特徴とする異常流量監視
