Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 一定周波数の基準パルス列を発生するパルス発生回路を
    備えると共に、各段ごとに上記基準パルス列を分周して
    任意のパルス間隔の試験パルス列を出力するパルス間隔
    設定回路および上記基準パルス列をカウントして任意の
    試験ノ々ルス出力時間をあたえる出力時間設定回路を所
    要段数分備え、上記各段ごとの試験パルス列を上記各設
    定時間ずつ順次出力することを特徴とする試験パルス発
    生装置。
