However, in such packaging, the surface of the spool is easily damaged by impact, and the spool is relatively large in diameter and heavy. The thread bodies were loaded in only one layer in the cardboard box or wooden box. For this reason, such packaging has the drawback of increasing the cost of packaging materials per spool, and when loading it onto a means of transportation such as a truck or freight car, it is placed on a pallet so that it can be easily handled by means of transport such as a forklift. However, this method has the disadvantage that it requires a palletizing process in which a large number of the cardboard boxes or wooden boxes are stacked in multiple tiers. In view of these drawbacks, the inventors of the present invention have developed a method for packaging yarn that is inexpensive in packaging cost and that does not require palletizing, etc., to be used when a plurality of yarn bodies are stacked in multiple stages inside a box-like object. The present invention was arrived at as a result of intensive research into providing a support plate for the body. Until the support cap of the winding body having a flange at approximately the center of the approximately spherical body or the end face of the approximately hemispherical body reaches each round hole in the plate-like body having a plurality of round holes until the flanges come into contact with the plate-like body. The support cap is a support plate for the inserted spool, and the support cap is made up of two hollow hemispheres each having a flange on the end face, the flange portions of which are glued together, and one hemisphere has a micro protrusion on the flange. The hemisphere at the other end has a microhole in the flange portion into which the microprotrusion is fitted, and the microhole and the microprotrusion are engaged with each other. It is a support plate.

A feeder 6 and a partition plate feeder 7 that move while being controlled by a drive motor 4 and a drive control device 5 are installed on the rail 3 supported by the columns 2 and 2''. An upright machine 8 is installed below one end of the rail 3, and a pallet lifting device 9 is installed below the center of the rail 3.A pallet lifting device 9 is installed near the pallet lifting device 9. A roller conveyor 14 continuous to the conveyor belt 3 for transferring the box-like object 10 to the device 9 is installed in a direction perpendicular to the rail 3.Furthermore, below the other end of the rail 3, the A partition plate supply table 15 loaded with a large number of supporting plates is installed, and the partition plate supply machine 7 is operated so that the uppermost partition plate 1 on the partition plate supply table 5 is always in a fixed position. A slider 14 that moves up in conjunction with the slider 14 is installed on the support 2.Here, when loading the winding bodies in four stages as in this embodiment, the partition plate supply table 15 has the support plate for the lowermost portion as described above. One set includes support plates 1 for the middle part 1 and support plates 1 for the top part (of course, in the set, the support plate 1 for the bottom part placed on the bottom part of the box-like object 10 is the top support plate 1). A plurality of sets of support plates 1 are then loaded onto the transport cart 17 in the above-mentioned packaging device (in this embodiment, four stages each with four pieces per stage). A brief description will be given of the operation of carrying the wound bodies 18 into the box-like object 10 alternately with the support plate 1 according to the present invention to create a package of the wound bodies.

First, the transport cart 17 loaded with the spool 18 is carried to the front of the upright machine 8, and the box-shaped object 10 is placed on the end of the transport belt 11. The upright machine 8 takes out a predetermined number of thread bodies 18 (8 pieces for two stages in this embodiment) from the transport cart 17 and waits at the top in a vertical and upward position. (Such a state is shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 3). At this time, if necessary, the interval between the spools 18 in the row direction may be changed to the narrow interval used during packaging, and the spools 18 that have been loaded at an angle on the transport cart 17 may be changed once to the horizontal direction. Furthermore, operations such as changing the vertical direction are performed. Further, the box-like object 10 is conveyed onto the pallet lifting device 9 by a conveyor belt 11, and is raised and lowered in conjunction with the operations of the feeder 6 and the partition plate feeder 7.
That is, the partition plate feeder 7 that first gripped the support plate 1 for the lowest part moves above the box-like object 10, and at the same time as the pallet lifting device 9 raises the box-like object 10, the gripped support plate 1 After lowering the plate 1, the grip on the support plate 1 is released. Next, the partition plate feeder 7 is moved to the partition plate supply stand 15.
At the same time, the feeder 6 holding the thread body 16 waiting at the top of the upright machine 8 is moved to the box-like object 10.
In order to move it upward, the pallet lifting device 9 lowers the box 10 once. After the feeder 6 moves onto the box-like object 10, the pallet lifting device 9 raises the box-like object and at the same time lowers the gripped spool 18, and then releases the grip on the spool 18. . Hereinafter, while the partition plate feeder L operates only once for the two operations of the feeder 6, the pallet lifting device 9 moves the box-like object 10 up and down. The thread bodies 18 are stacked in multiple stages with the support plate 1 interposed therebetween. Of course, the thread body 18
The bobbin has its lower and upper parts supported by support plate 1, respectively.
It is inserted into and fixed to the lower support cap 11a and the upper support cap 11b. By repeating the above operations, four stages of thread bodies 1 are placed on the box-like object 10.
8 and the support plate 1 for the uppermost part is placed on the uppermost part, the pallet lifting device 8 descends to the lowermost end and places the box-like object 10 on the conveyor belt 13 again. .

As a result, the box-like object 10 is transferred from the pallet lifting device 9 to the roller conveyor 14. Here, after manually pressing and fixing the uppermost support plate,
An upper box body 19 made of cardboard or the like having an inner diameter approximately equal to the outer diameter of the box-like object 10 covers the upper two stages of the thread bodies 16 stacked by the above-described operation. After that, the upper box body 19
The space between the box-like object 10 and the box-like object 10 is sealed with a seal tape 20, and the box-like object 10 is bound and packed using a band-like object 21. In such a package, a very large number of thread bodies 18 are stacked, and since the box-like product 10 has a gap provided by a gap member 102 provided at the bottom of the box-like product 101, it can be carried on a forklift as it is. It is directly loaded onto a transport means such as a freight car or a truck using a transfer means such as the above. In this embodiment, the winding bodies are stacked in four stages with 16 winding bodies in each stage, but it goes without saying that the form can be changed appropriately as necessary, and the winding bodies of the present invention can be made by this. It goes without saying that the shape of the support plate for the thread body may be changed as appropriate.

Further, in this embodiment, two microprotrusions or two microholes are provided on the flange surface, but it goes without saying that the number can be changed as appropriate. As explained above, according to the present invention, the support cap for the spool is composed of two types of caps having microprotrusions and corresponding microholes, which are fitted together and pasted together. It can be easily produced without causing mutual displacement, and furthermore, since there is no displacement between the upper and lower caps of the plate-shaped body, the wound bodies can be securely and easily fixed and stacked.
