Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 機関の回転に同期して発生する点火時期信号を波形整形
    する波形整形回路と、該回路の出力信号゛に基づいて制
    御されるパワートランジスタと、該パワートランジスタ
    により駆動され点火々花を発生する点火コイルと、上記
    パワートランジスタの非飽和時間を検出し、上記波形整
    形回路のバイアスレベルを変動させる非飽和時間電圧変
    換回路と、を備えた点火装置において；上記パワートラ
    ンジスタのコレクタ電圧の制限を行なうべく、上記パワ
    ートランジスタのコレクタとベース間に複数個のツェナ
    ーダイオードを直列接続して挿入し上記直列接続された
    複数個のツェナーダイオードの１を低電圧のツェナーダ
    イオードとすると共に、上記パワートランジスタのベー
    ス側に挿入し、該低電圧ツェナーダイオードと他のツェ
    ナーダイオードとの接続点の電位を検出することにより
    非飽和時間を検出することを特徴とする点火装置。
