Conventional Structure and Problems Conventionally, when manufacturing a cartridge heater, as shown in Fig. 1, a heating wire (2)''f is coiled around the outer periphery of a core (1) made of magnesia powder. The end of the heating wire (2) is embedded in the connected terminal pin (3) of the whole core (1) so as to protrude from one end (hereinafter referred to as the completed core), and this completed core is shown in Figure 2. As shown in the figure, insert the outer pipe (4), which is sealed on one side with the sealing fitting (5), and place it concentrically with the inner wall of the outer pipe (4) from the opening side of the outer pipe (4). The gap between the core and the core was filled with magnesia powder (6), and then the outer pipe (4) was completely reduced in diameter to increase the packing density of the magnesia powder (r6), and post-processing was performed. Therefore, the centering arrangement of the completed core was adjusted. Also, the filling work of magnesia powder is time consuming and the manufacturing efficiency is very low.
Even automation required complicated equipment.

OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION In view of the above-mentioned problems, an object of the present invention is to improve the manufacturing efficiency of cartridge heaters by eliminating the eight-separation of completed cores and the filling operation of magnesia powder.

Structure of the Invention For this reason, the present invention arranges a molded body of magnesia powder on the outer periphery and both ends of the core in which the heating wire and the terminal are arranged, and
Provided is a method for manufacturing a cartridge heater in which the diameter of the cartridge heater is reduced by fitting a C-exterior pipe onto the outside.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 3 to 7. The completed core is the same as the conventional one, as shown in Figure 1, the outer VC of the core (1) is coiled with the heating wire (2), and the terminal pin [3] connected to this heating wire is buried in the core (1) K. It is configured as follows. Each core (7) (8) (9) made of a molded body of magnesia powder shown in FIGS. 3 to 5 is arranged around the outer periphery and both ends of this completed core as shown in FIG. 6. (7) is a cylindrical outer circumferential core that fits around the outer circumference of the completed core, and (8) is a tip core that fits into the inner circumference of the tip of the outer circumferential core (7). (9) is a sealing core which has a through hole 00 for the terminal pin (3) and is in contact with the end face f of the completed core and the outer peripheral core (7). These compacts (7), (8), and (9) were pulverized when the diameter of the exterior pipe (4) was reduced and sintered to a level similar to that of powder. As shown in Figure 6 (molded bodies (7) (8) are attached to the outer periphery and both ends of the completed core.
(9)? In the arranged state, as shown in FIG. 7, it is inserted into an exterior pipe (4) whose one side is sealed with a sealing fitting (5), and the diameter of the exterior pipe (4) is reduced. Then, the molded body (7)
(8) Is (9) crushed into powder and consolidated, then post-processed? By applying this, the cartridge heater is completed.

In this way, by using a molded body of magnesia powder during assembly, alignment of the completed core with the exterior pipe and filling work with magnesia powder become a problem, making manufacturing easier.

Effects of the Invention According to the method for manufacturing a cartridge heater of the present invention, as is clear from the above description, a molded body of magnesia powder is used instead of filling the space between the completed core and the exterior pipe with magnesia powder. As a result, manufacturing is easy, and costs can be reduced by significantly reducing the number of man-hours.Furthermore, since there is no risk of magnesia powder being unilaterally distributed, there are no defects due to contact, etc., and the yield is improved, resulting in a large amount of cost savings. be effective.
