たパネルおよびその製法を発明し、出願したものである
が、この場合、型枠の材質がアルミ板等のアルカリに弱
い物質を使用した場合は、含浸した加熱発泡性無機物の
もつ強アルカリ性によつて腐食し、強度が低下する欠点
があつた。従つて型枠の材質のいかんに拘らず、耐火、
断熱、防音の目的を達成できるパネルの出現が望まれて
いた。(発明の目的)本発明は上記したような建材用パ
ネルの欠点を解消し、強度大で、不燃性、防音性を改善
すると共に、軽量化が図れる軽量耐火パネルを提供する
ことを目的とするものである。

した表面材1の裏面と発泡石こう5、および型枠3間で
囲まれた空隙を無機質発泡体で順次充填することにより
、裏面材7への熱伝導を抑制するものである。なお、第
3図はその過程の途中を示したものである。(発明の効
果) 本発明に係る軽量耐火パネルは次に示すような効果を発
揮するものである。
