るとともにその排気下流側端部を排気下流側の端板3に
当接させてその開口を塞ぎ、この入口管10の第二室8
内には小孔11.11を穿設するとともに第三室9内に
はこれよりも多くの小孔12.12を穿設し、排気下流
側の端板3を貫通してケーシング4内に挿入した出口管
13を更に両隔板6.5を貫通させてその排気上流側端
部を第−室7内に通じさせ、この出口管13の第三室9
内には多数の小孔14゜14を穿設し、第三室9内には
吸着材15を充填するとともに、第−室7と第二室8と
を仕切る隔板5に通孔18を開設して成る有害微粒子捕
