るとともにその排気下流側端部を排気下流側の端板３に
当接させてその開口を塞ぎ、この入口管１０の第二室８
内には小孔１１．１１を穿設するとともに第三室９内に
はこれよりも多くの小孔１２．１２を穿設し、排気下流
側の端板３を貫通してケーシング４内に挿入した出口管
１３を更に両隔板６．５を貫通させてその排気上流側端
部を第−室７内に通じさせ、この出口管１３の第三室９
内には多数の小孔１４゜１４を穿設し、第三室９内には
吸着材１５を充填するとともに、第−室７と第二室８と
を仕切る隔板５に通孔１８を開設して成る有害微粒子捕
