塗物の内底面及び両内側面にばらつきなく液体を塗布で
きる塗布用ロールを提供するにある。

の周部の左右両側に第1図のように一対づっの摺動溝2
が凹設してある。塗布筒3は有底筒状でその外周及び外
底面にブチルゴムやウレタンゴムなどのゴム層を被着し
て液体塗布部6が形成してあり、底部中央に回転軸T挿
通用の通孔8が設けてある。また塗布筒3の内周には一
対の摺動突起4が突設してある。この塗布筒3を駆動軸
体1の両側より第2図、第3図のように被嵌してそれぞ
れの摺動突起4の摺動溝2内に挿入し、駆動軸体1側面
と塗布筒3内底面との間にスプリング5を懸架して塗布
筒3をそれぞれ外方へ弾性付勢する。被塗物9は第4図
に示すように断面が略□形となつたもので、本実施例で
は硬質ポリ塩化ビニルを曲成して形成されており、図の
A、B、C矢印で示す底面及び左右の内側面に接着剤等
の液体を塗布し、この凹所にウレタン樹脂を注入発泡せ
しめて断熱内装材として使用されるものを用いる。しか

調回転せしめて第5図のように被塗物9を塗布用ロール
に供給すると被塗物9の底面は塗布筒3の外周で、被塗

を向上させるものである。このとき塗布筒3は被塗物9
の内側面間の距離の変化に伴つて摺動溝2内の摺動突起
4の摺動及びスプリング5による弾性力により駆動軸体
1の軸方向へ移動するものである。上述のように本発明
にあつては、駆動軸体に両側より有底筒状の塗布筒を被
嵌して駆動軸体の側面と塗布筒の内底面との間にスプリ
ングを介在せしめてあるので、スプリングにて塗布筒の
外底面が被塗物の内側面に押圧されて被塗物の内側面へ
の塗布が確実に行なわれる利点があり、しかも駆動軸体
に凹設した摺動溝に塗布筒内面の摺動突起を軸方向に摺
動自在に挿入してあるので、塗布筒はスプリングの押圧
力により被塗物の巾寸法に応じて軸方向へ移動するもの
であり、被塗物の巾寸法にばらつきがあつても被塗物の
内側面に塗布むらの発生するおそれがないものである。
