DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention is a heating system for underfloor heating that uses hot water as a heat source.
- We aim to provide a panel with low power cost and high thermal efficiency.

Conventionally, this kind of system has been used to flow hot water through the pipes of panels placed under the floor, but running hot water over the entire surface of multiple panels requires high power costs, and the pipe flow path is The problem was that the hot water cooled down as it flowed through the panels, making it harder to dissipate heat evenly than across the entire panel.

本発明は上記欠点を除去せんとする。The present invention seeks to eliminate the above drawbacks.

The heat panel according to the present invention has a panel main body 5 which is evacuated.
When a working fluid such as fluorocarbon, ammonia, water, etc. is put inside and the short side end (evaporation section) 1 of the panel body 5 is heated, the working fluid evaporates through the channel formed in the gutter-like recess and rapidly evaporates. It moves to the other end (condensation section) 2, emits latent heat, becomes a liquid, and recirculates, and is made up of hot water pipes 3 arranged in parallel to flow hot water into the evaporation section 1. In this embodiment, the hot water pipe 3 is inserted through the evaporator 1, so that the heating efficiency of the evaporator 1 is improved.

4 is a heat insulator 1 lined on the back surface, so that the heat radiated from the panel body 5 is radiated only to the surface.

As described above, in the heat panel according to the present invention, instead of directly heating the floor with hot water, the heat flowing through the hot water pipes 3 arranged in the short direction of the panel body 5 is immediately heated by the working fluid. Since the heat is spread over the entire surface of the panel, the heat contained in the hot water is extremely efficient (it is used as heat for floor heating).

In particular, the trough-like recesses form channels through which the evaporated hydraulic fluid moves and releases heat from the surface, allowing the hydraulic fluid to expand and evaporate. It is suitable for underfloor heating, which radiates heat through the surface plate.

The hot water is installed in parallel in the short direction of the panel body 5.
Since the hot water pipes 3 are short in length, even if several heating panels are installed and these hot water pipes 3 are connected to the hot water pipes 1 to flow hot water, it will not be possible to use conventional flooring. Compared to flowing hot water over the entire length of piping arranged over the entire surface, the water head loss is much smaller and the power equipment and power costs are lower.
