Abstract

PURPOSE:To prepare a lacquer providing ultra-weatherability sufficiently, by incorporating special fluororesins having hydroxyl and carboxyl groups in the molecule, with cellulose. CONSTITUTION:Special fluororesins having hydroxyl and carboxyl groups in the molecule, e.g., ''Lumiflon LF400'' (Asahi Glass K.K.), are incorporated with cellulse (e.g., ethyl cellulose, cellulose acetate butyrate), with the result that lacquer enamel can be prepd. by the addn. of clear lacquers of pigments. Although the preparation of lacquer has been so far impossible even in use of said special fluororesins, the above combination brings about the possibility of preparing lacquers, which provide ultra-weatherability sufficiently.

【発明の詳細な説明】 一般にフッソ樹脂は非粘着性、耐候性等すぐれた性質を
持っている反面、他の材料となじみにくく、又常温で硬
化させることは出来なし′X0現在使用されている塗料
用フッソ樹脂(フッ化ビニリデン樹脂)はディスパージ
ョン型塗料として設計され高温焼付型で常温硬化はでき
ない。最近常温で硬化できるフッソ樹脂として特許55
−44083号が提案されている。しかし今までこの特
殊フッソ樹脂を使用してもラッカー化はできなかった本
発明によれば先に提案された特殊フッソ樹脂のうちで分
子中に水酸基及びカルボキシル基をもったものと特定の
繊維素類との組合わせにより始めてラッカー化が可能と
なり、ラッカークリヤーや顔料を配合してラッカーエナ
メルとすることが出来る。又、ラッカー化が可能な繊維
素類としては、エチルセルローズ、セルローズ、アセチ
ートブチレート等がある。特にエチルセルローズは工i
、キシ含有量48〜49.5%、セルロースアセテート
ブチレート ブチル含有量50〜53%、ハイドロオキシ含有量1.
5〜1.8%のものが適当である。本発明になるラッカ
ーは従来のラッカーが持ち得なかった驚くべき超耐候性
を十分に備えている。

た白ベースを加え各種溶剤(さく酸ブチル、さく酸エチ
ル、トルオーノペイソブタノール、ブチルセロソルブな
ど)と混合調整する。出来上った白ラッカー組成の−例
をあげると次の通りである。
