At present, silicate-based or phosphate-based inorganic paints are in practical use, but in most cases the purpose is to obtain a smooth surface.

This invention relates to a pattern finishing method for inorganic paint, which is characterized by applying a mixture of a hardening agent and then drying it naturally or by baking. The specific color vehicle used in the present invention includes potassium silicate, sodium silicate, lithium silicate, silicates such as 1:5 silicate, monobasic aluminum phosphate, monobasic phosphoric acid, etc. Phosphate-based materials such as magnesium are used. (i) As the aggregate used in the present invention, it is necessary to select one that is nonflammable and has good adhesion to paint, and is preferably lightweight and rounded.

The size of the aggregate used is about 0.1 μm to 3 mm, and various mixtures can of course be used. In particular, glass beads have a good tactility because they are spherical, and colored glass beads and colored ceramic powder are effective for finishing with multicolored patterns. In addition, pearlite or Shirasparoon itself is soft and brittle, and it has been difficult to use it as aggregate in the past, but when combined with an inorganic paint like the one of the present invention, its strength increases. It has the advantage of helping to reduce the weight of the coating film.

Because it is applied in a sprinkled state, it has the characteristic of greatly improving adhesion when applied to a paint film. The details of the present invention will be explained below with reference to Examples.
