The above-mentioned patent application No. 129082/1982 "Advance cutting machine for woodworking machine"
is attached to the front part of the conveyor frame, whose rear end is pivoted to the top of the machine frame and can be freely swung up and down from a horizontal position using a lifting mechanism.
A movable frame is supported so as to move forward and backward, a conveyor roller is pivotally supported at the front end of the movable frame, and an adjustment roller is pivotally supported at the rear end, and a conveyor roller is pivotally supported at the rear end of the conveyor frame, and a receiving roller is pivotally supported at the lower front end. At the bottom of the belt conveyor, a belt is stretched over each of the rollers, and the length of the belt can be adjusted by advancing and retracting the movable frame, and the upper end is connected to the front conveyor. It is pivotally connected to the shaft of the roller, and its lower end is arranged so that it rolls on the horizontal guide surface at the bottom of the machine frame, and its midpoint is arranged so that it rolls on the horizontal guide surface, and its middle point is arranged so that it rolls on the horizontal guide surface at the bottom of the machine frame. is pivotally attached to a lever half the length of the operating rod having a fulcrum at the front end of the horizontal guide surface, and this lever allows the vertical movement of the front conveyor roller to be performed by moving forward and backward as the operating rod rises and falls. Therefore, even if there is a difference in tension between different parts of the belt, the movable frame driven by the operating rod will operate equally on the left and right sides without being affected by the difference in tension, allowing the belt to stretch straight and reach the tip. In order to prevent deflection of the goods, the conveying direction of the goods is always constant, ensuring that the goods are correctly fed to a fixed position and stacked. In addition, since only the load of the conveyed goods acts on the belt conveyor, the belt wear and tear is minimal, and can be used safely for longer than its service life. Also, since this advance machine operates the movable frame by the ups and downs caused by the advance and retreat of the operating rod, the operation is light and there is no stress on other parts. Since the machine frame, conveyor frame, operating rod, lever, etc. have a lightweight structure, the manufacturing cost of the machine can be greatly reduced, and the weight of the machine can be reduced, making it easier to connect to related equipment by moving it. The conveyor frame of this front-loading machine is easy to deploy, but because it moves up and down by rotating around the shaft of the rear conveyor roller, it tilts downward when descending and upward when ascending. This is because the conveyor changes the delivery angle of the material, which interferes with the stacking of materials, and when tilting downward, the front corner rubs the surface of the material at the bottom as it rides on top of it, as shown in Figure 7 of the drawing. As a result, the materials on the lower tier were scratched or misaligned, disrupting the stacking. Also, when tilting upward, the material moved away from the material on the lower tier and moved diagonally upward, as shown in Figure 6 of the drawing. The moment the material's center of gravity moves outside the conveyor, it falls onto the material on the lower stage, scraping the surface of the material and causing scratches, shifting the material and causing a mess, and also causing the feed claws on the conveyor to fall. When attached, there was a drawback that the feeding claws could catch on the material at the lower stage and cause damage.

However, in the advance taker according to the present invention, an auxiliary conveyor is connected in front of the movable frame in the advance taker of the earlier application, and the auxiliary conveyor is connected to the front end of the auxiliary conveyor in conjunction with the operation rod to control the ups and downs of the conveyor frame. Since the conveyor frame is connected to horizontal holding rods that keep it horizontal regardless of the height, if the conveyor frame is raised and lowered by rotating around the axis of the rear conveyor roller, the auxiliary conveyor that is raised and lowered along with the conveyor frame will be raised and lowered by the horizontal holding rods. The material sent by the conveyor is kept horizontal at all times by the action of the conveyor, and the material sent by the conveyor is leveled and sent onto the material in the lower tier, so the feeding of the material does not scrape the surface of the material in the lower tier or shift the material in the lower tier. Since it is done smoothly, it can be used to collect and stack materials after painting. There is no waste, and the stacking is done in an orderly manner, which is convenient for subsequent processing. Also, when the materials are transferred by an auxiliary conveyor, it is necessary to prevent the materials from slipping when the conveyor tilts upward. Even if the conveyor is equipped with a feeding claw, it will not get caught in the stack. It has benefits.

In addition, in this pre-setting machine, a roller 24 is pivoted to the lower end of the operating rod 23, and a roller 44 is pivoted to the lower end of the horizontal holding rod 41.
When machining debris accumulates on the guide surface 2 where the rollers 24 and 44 roll,
This may cause unstable operation or failure.
By providing a restraining plate parallel to the guide surface 2 and in contact with the upper peripheral surface of the rollers 24, 44, it is possible to reduce the intrusion of wood chips onto the guide surface 2 and to prevent the movement of the rollers 24, 44. It is possible to guarantee reliable operation by regulating the One embodiment of the advance picker according to the present invention is configured as described above, so that after aligning the rear end of the relay belt conveyor 31 with the delivery position of the material 18 on the woodworking machine 28,
When stacking materials in two rows, front and back, the rear half of the truck 4 is inserted between the guide surfaces 2, 2, and the front end of the auxiliary conveyor 39 is exposed to the center of the truck 4. When the belt conveyors 15, 27, 38 are rotated, the material 18 sent out from the woodworking machine 28 is transferred to the conveyors 15, 27.
, 38 to the front half of the truck 4, and the detector 45 detects the material 18, sends a rising signal to the elevating mechanism A, and the elevating mechanism A moves the conveyors 15, 38 by the thickness of the material 18. When stopping after raising the conveyors 15 and 38, the next material 18 is sent and rides on the preceding material 18, and the detector 45 is activated to raise the conveyors 15 and 38, which is repeated.
In this case, the shaft 12 of the front conveyor roller 11 in the conveyor 15 has its lower end in contact with the horizontal guide surface, and its middle part in contact with the horizontal guide surface 2. It is pivotally connected to the upper end of an operating rod 23 that is pivoted to a lever 26 having a fulcrum 25 at the front end, and the operating rod 23 is given a forward and backward movement due to ups and downs by rotational movement about the fulcrum 25 of the lever 26, As shown in the principle diagram in Figure 4, the front conveyor roller 11 is always moved up and down through vertical lines B and C, so the front conveyor roller 11 moves backward as it rises until it reaches the horizontal position. The length of the conveyor 15 is reduced by pushing the frame in and gradually increasing the amount of belt feeding by the adjustment roller 13, but when it is above the horizontal position, it moves forward as it rises, and the movable frame 10 is pulled out and the adjustment roller 1
3, the length of the conveyor 15 is increased, and the tip of the conveyor 15 is given vertical movement, so the tip of the auxiliary conveyor 38 connected to the conveyor 15 is also vertical. The conveyor frame 39 is lifted up and down along the line, and is pushed up when the conveyor frame 39 is below the horizontal level, and pulled down when it is above the horizontal level by the horizontal holding rod 41 whose tip forms a pantocrab with the operating rod 23 and interlocks with each other. The auxiliary conveyor 38 maintains the horizontal state regardless of the inclination angle of the belt conveyor 15, receives the material 18 sent from the belt conveyor 15, and sends it horizontally onto the preceding material 18, so it does not scrape or shift the material on the lower stage. The material can be stacked smoothly without any smearing, and even when used for pre-picking up materials after painting, there will be no loss or mess of materials.
