速に充填収容せしめて何時でも通電作用のみにより熟熱
殺菌された風味ある包装食品として提供することができ

を要することなく簡単、迅速に行わしめ、何時でも通電
作用により食品材料を熟熱殺菌させることができるよう
にし、もって包装食品の多量生産化を容易に達成させる
ことができる包装食品における通電加工食品容器を提供
しようとしたものであって、以下に本発明の構成および
本発明の通電加工食品容器を使用して包装食品を製造す

に充填した食品材料A上に含塩水接電体を被せておけば
包装食品の量産時に便利となり、又これを保冷しておけ
ば何時でも必要に応じて通電加工処理できは勿論のこと
食品容器1が筒状を呈することで積み重ねができて収納
に便利である外、食品容器1の材料を薄層でも充分に保
形が維持されるためその製造コストを安価に提供できる
