This invention was developed in view of the shortcomings of conventional arch-shaped structures, such as vertical frames, horizontal frames, and
The installation of the face material and most of the sealing work are done in the factory by creating a completed construction unit, and at the site several sets of units configured in this way are assembled with bolts and some sealing work is completed. In addition, by interposing insulation material between the joint plates exposed to the outside of the unit and the vertical and horizontal frames, the insulation effect is increased and the prevention of condensation on the facing material is achieved. It provides an advanced construction structure that allows for

In this case, if Kneepilon Glass (trade name), which is a reinforced synthetic resin plate, is used as a face material with an arched cross section that is attached to each side through a setting plate 11 made of synthetic rubber or the like, curved surface forming and perforation will be easy. It is convenient because it is difficult to break and has good transparency.

Since the present invention is constructed as described above, most of the work is done in the factory, which contributes to shortening the total construction time and reducing construction costs. Since the vertical and horizontal frames are not in direct contact with each other and a heat insulating material such as synthetic rubber gasket is interposed between them, outside air temperature will not be conducted to the vertical and horizontal frames in winter.
