【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は鋼製、コンフート製、或いは鋼管コンクリー
ト複合杭等の中空断面の既製杭を中掘圧入工事において
、杭の中掘圧入施工時にスクリューオーガによって掻き
上げられる排土の飛散を防止し、排出を容易にすること
を目的とした杭の中掘圧入施工における排土装置に関す
るものである6一般に杭の中掘圧入施工は第1図ないし
第2図に示すように杭打機1のリーダー2に設けたガイ
ドレールにオーガーモーター3油圧シリンダ11゜12
を装着し、杭4の上端部をパイルキャップ5に保持する
とともに杭4の中に回転自在に挿入されているスクリュ
ーオーガ6の先端ビット9により杭4の中掘圧入が行な
われるものである。

きるものであり、排土ホッパーが土砂で満杯になると地
上近くまで下降せしめられるのでベセル等への排出が確
実で土砂が飛散しない。

口を開いて排出するので排出土砂の後処理が容易であり
作業能率を向上させることができる等、工業的価値が極
めて犬である。
