  1. 動力駆動で回転される切刃により長尺のシート材をその
    幅方向に切断するカッターの安全装置において、切刃を
    回転させる動力源が遮断された時に該切刃を安全な位置
    にもどすバネを設けたことを特徴とするカッターの安全
    装置。
