んを製造する装置が種々開発されているが、これらは何
れも従来の固形石けんの生産ラインの所定の工程以外に
別に設けた加工装置によって種々の工程を経て作られる
ため、コスト高となるので、その実用価値を著しく低下
する難点を有するものである。

その成形を行う工程中に成形と同時に文字又は模様が着

面形石けんを生産しようとするものである。 本発明を図面に基き説明すれば、着色片gは通気性を有
する焼結金属或は通気性を有する合成樹脂等から成る小
片で、一方の面には固形石けんに文字又は模様を該設す
べく設けた凹凸を有し、その凸形部を形成して着色しよ
うとする面には通気性を残し、他の着色しない面即ち第
1図及び第3図に示す太線部分10の面は微粉末金属或
は微粉末合成樹脂等金以て再焼結又は溶着して通気性を
無くし、前記焼結金属又は合成樹脂等の小片の反対側の
