【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案はH形、T形等の形鋼を溶接によって製造する場
合における7ランジ用材案内装置の改良に関するもので
ある。

従来、溶接形鋼製造装置においてはウェブ用材を幅方向
に起立させ、このウェブ用材の上下両端縁または上下い
ずれかの一端縁にフランジ用材を水平に組み合わせて圧
接ロールに移送し、この圧接ロールでウェブ用材とフラ
ンジ用材とを圧接しながら高周波抵抗溶接または高周波
誘導溶接等の高周波電気溶接によりH形、T形等所要の
形状に形成しているが、この際フランジ用材はウェブ用
材の端縁に対して一般には進入角度α=4〜70で板厚
または溶接条件等によりきわめて微妙に調整しながら案
内する必要がある。

ランジ用材の歪量が大きくなって製品にねじれ等の不良
品を発生しやすい。

ラ3とでフランジ内外面を挾着され、フランジ両端縁は
同じくフレーム1に装着された3組のエツジローラ4で
挾着されて圧接ロールRp位置へ案内されるようになっ
ておす、前記フレーム1のフランジ用材移送方向上流側
の一端は水平方向のピン5等により枢着してフレーム1
の下流側が上下方向に回動自在とされており、フレーム
1の下流側すなわち他端にはたとえばウオームジヤツキ
機構等によってフレーム1の他端を上下方向に移動およ
び所定位置に支持固定可能とした上下調整装置6を設け
である。

動するようなことがなく常に適正値を維持することがで
き、従って製品の品質が向上し、溶接電力が節減できる
など実用上きわめて有効である。
