本発明はスクロール圧縮機のスクロール部材に関するも

従来、端板上にうす巻き状のラップを直立して形成した
旋回スクロールと固定スクロールを互にシップを内側に
向けて噛合せ、上記旋回スクロールと駆動軸を連結して
旋回運動させるよう゛にしたスクロール圧縮機において
は、端板面が固定スクロールも旋回スクロールも平面状
に仕上加工されており、旋回接触する。したがって、圧
縮作用には直接必要としない端板面も仕上加工を施して
いたため加工時間がかかるという欠点を有していた本発
明は、上記の点に鑑みてなされたもので、加工時間を短
縮できるスクロール部材を有するスクロール圧縮機を提

ら更に延長した仮想ラップ曲線の終端22までの端板面
である。該端板面20は素材のま\の状態あるいは蓋仕
上状態の部分である。23は上記旋回スクロール2の端
板面20に対応する部分で、旋回スクロールの旋回運動
によ・って移動する端板面20の軌跡を全てカバーする
範囲で、この範囲は圧縮作用には関係なく旋回スクロー
ルと接触しない部分である。この軌跡の状態は第4図(
al〜四に示すように変化する。第4図(alは旋回ス
クロールの中心位置を0°に仮定した状態図で、巻終υ
^面21から終端22までの仮想ラップ曲線が一番外側
に位置する状態である。また、第4図(b)は(alか
ら90°旋回した状態図、第4図TCIは更に180°
旋回した状態図、第4図(dlは更に270゜旋回した
状態図である。上記した端板面20と、これに対応する
固定スクロールの部分23は接触しないので、素材ある
いは蓋仕上のま\でよいが、第5図に示すように、例え
ば端板面20を素材あるいは蓋仕上状態に凸状に残した
場合には、固定スクロール側を部分23のように凹部に
形成する。この部分は旋回スクロールと同定スクロール
が接触しないように構成されればよいので、他の例とし
ては、旋回スクロール側を凹部に形成し、固定スクロー
