Claims

[Scope of utility model registration request]

A turntable that rotates integrally with a recording disc inserted in a direction parallel to the recording surface, a presser member that holds the recording disc at a fixed position on the turntable, and a holding member that moves in the direction of insertion of the recording disc. It has an operating lever that can enter onto the turntable and has a contact portion with a recording disc to be inserted, a two-position selection spring biasing means for this lever, and a tone arm that moves into and out of contact with the recording disc as the operating lever advances and retreats. A regenerator for audio, etc., in which the holding member is provided with an abutting piece that comes into contact with the operating lever by the force of the spring biasing means when the operating lever is in the retracted position, thereby holding down the recording disc.
